Never thought I’d see the day where both we are young and some nights were in the top ten. I am unbelievably proud and happy for fun. they deserve it more than any other artist I know. I’m so proud to be their fan.

Fun.’s Some Nights video for folks who aren’t fortunate enough to live in the specific geographical area that MTV.com sees fit to show videos to.

And goddamn it’s good.

Some Nights (Radio Edit) by fun.

Definitely worth listening to. The ending is so different than the album version - it’s actually how I wish the album version ended instead of fading out.

please tell me there’s somewhere to download this in high-quality

Wait so is this the actual legit radio edit?

It’s a shame, the “some terrible lies” bit, which is my favourite part of the entire song, no, the entire album, gets cut. The ending just sounds noisy and chaotic.

OMG there’s a track-by-track summary of fun.’s Some Nights on Spotify, but it’s not available outside the US. I don’t know why it’s not, but it’s not, and that sucks giant donkey balls.

Can someone nice and American (with slightly flexible morals regarding piracy) pleeeaaase put it on t’internet somewhere? *puppydog eyes*

Is it just me, or were fun.’s Jack Antonoff and Little Shop of Horrors’ Seymour separated at birth?

If I had designed… Some Nights, by fun.

I’m already totally in love with this album, but I didn’t really feel that the artwork reflected the feeling of the music.

When I listen to the tracks on this album (especially Stars, Some Nights, and Out On The Town) I see stars and lights and slow, elegant explosions of colour. Not some bloke with a lighter.

So, if I had designed it, it would look a bit more like this.

© Obviously, fun and their music and stuff are property of Fueled By Ramen and/or the members of the band and so on. Basically, it’s not mine.

Some Nights - fun.
