On-Air Blooper of the Day: A popular online radio station was forced to issue an apology after some “unauthorised activity and inappropriate behaviour” led to a gay porn soundtrack being played over the channel’s pre-recorded programming.
The incident, which occurred Saturday evening in the midst of Jazz FM’s Funky Sensation show, is still being investigated, but a statement posted to the station’s website blamed “some unauthorised activity and inappropriate behaviour in the studio.”
The naughty broadcast was captured in its entirety, and posted to Radiofail.
According to The Guardian, Jazz FM’s average weekly audience clocks in at “just over half a million listeners.”
Jazz FM? More like Jizz FM. </lame pun>
